1. Service Overview

Rumi House Dubai provides specialized consulting services in interior architecture and thermodynamics, with a focus on sustainable design for arid climates. Services include thermal bridge analysis, passive ventilation system design, and recommendations for the building's energy efficiency.

All projects and recommendations are based on scientific principles and technical data available at the time of service provision. We do not guarantee specific energy-saving results, as these depend on multiple factors and the final implementation by the client and their construction partners.

2. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

• The Provider (Rumi House Dubai) undertakes to provide professional consulting, in accordance with industry standards and within the limits of its declared competence.
• The Client is responsible for providing all information and documentation necessary for analysis, in a timely manner and in an accurate form.
• The Client acknowledges that our services are for consulting and design, and the execution of construction or renovation work is the responsibility of specialized third parties.
• Any change to the project's purpose or initial parameters must be communicated in writing and may involve a revision of the contract and costs.

3. Limitation of Liability

Rumi House Dubai assumes no liability for:

• Direct or indirect damages resulting from the implementation, modification, or disregard of our recommendations by the client or third parties.
• Consequences of environmental factors, site conditions, or defects in materials and work performed by other suppliers.
• Any delay or failure of a project caused by force majeure or by actions/omissions of the client.

The total liability of Rumi House Dubai is limited to the amount invoiced for the specific service that gave rise to a potential claim.

4. Payment Terms and Intellectual Property

Payment is made according to the terms established on the invoice or in the contractual agreement. Late payments may lead to the suspension of services.

All intellectual property rights to plans, sketches, calculations, and technical documentation created by Rumi House Dubai remain our property until full payment of all invoices. Upon payment, the client receives a license to use these materials strictly for the specific project for which they were created.

5. Modification and Termination of Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions. The current version will always be published on the website rumihousedubai.com.

Either party may terminate the collaboration by written notice, while respecting the financial obligations accrued up to the termination date. Sections regarding limitation of liability, intellectual property, and confidentiality will survive termination.
